We operate a strict no-show policy. Our groomers are paid via commission and rely on their appointments for their living. No shows cost them a great deal. Any cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the appointment fee to help compensate for the time they are unable to earn.
